1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal gaming account registered by the Player on the joss77 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds available in the Player's Account, including deposited funds, winnings, and active bonuses.
• "Bonus" means any promotional offer, free credit, cashback, or other incentive provided by joss77 to the Player, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "Deposit" means any transfer of funds by the Player into their Account using approved payment methods.
• "KTP" means Kartu Tanda Penduduk, the national identity card issued to Indonesian citizens, required for account verification.
• "Platform" means the joss77 website accessible at https://joss77.cam and all associated services, games, and features.
• "Services" means all gaming products offered by joss77, including but not limited to casino games, live dealer games, sports betting, and lottery-style games such as togel.
• "Withdrawal" means any transfer of funds from the Player's Account to their designated bank account or payment method.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to create an Account and use our Services. joss77 strictly enforces this age requirement in accordance with Indonesian legal standards and international responsible gaming guidelines. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of any Balance.

2.2 Jurisdiction and Legal Compliance

Our Services are intended for residents of Indonesia. By using our Platform, you represent and warrant that you are physically located in Indonesia at the time of Account creation and gameplay. You acknowledge that online gambling laws in Indonesia are complex and ambiguous, and that you are solely responsible for ensuring your participation complies with applicable local laws. joss77 operates under international gaming licenses and is based offshore, outside Indonesian jurisdiction. 2.3 Account Registration Process

To create an Account, you must provide accurate and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and promptly update your Account if any details change. Each Player is permitted to register only one (1) Account. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts registered using false information will be closed immediately, and any associated Balances will be forfeited.

2.4 Account Verification (KYC)

joss77 implements Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures to prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. Before your first Withdrawal, you will be required to submit a clear photograph or scan of your KTP (Indonesian national identity card) for verification purposes. This verification process typically takes two (2) to twenty-four (24) hours. We reserve the right to request additional documentation at our discretion, including proof of address (utility bill or bank statement) or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete verification within thirty (30) days of request will result in Account suspension.

2.5 Prohibited Users

The following individuals are prohibited from using our Services: (a) persons under 21 years of age; (b) persons with existing self-exclusion requests or gambling bans; (c) employees of joss77, our software providers, or their immediate family members; (d) persons located in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited; (e) persons acting on behalf of third parties or using another person's identity.

3. Deposits and Payment Methods

3.1 Approved Payment Methods

joss77 accepts Deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All Deposits must be made from an account registered in your own name. Third-party Deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension and Balance forfeiture.

3.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum Deposit amount is fifty thousand Rupiah (Rp 50,000). Maximum Deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed during the Deposit process. Players may set their own daily, weekly, or monthly Deposit limits as part of our responsible gaming tools. Once set, Deposit limits cannot be increased for seven (7) days (cooling-off period), though they may be decreased immediately.

3.3 Deposit Processing Time

Deposits made via bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI, Bank Permata) are typically credited to your Account instantly or within one (1) to five (5) minutes. E-wallet Deposits (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are credited instantly. If your Deposit has not appeared within fifteen (15) minutes, contact our customer support team with your transaction reference number.

3.4 Currency

All transactions on the joss77 Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). We do not accept foreign currency Deposits, and we do not offer currency conversion services.

4. Withdrawals

4.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. The minimum Withdrawal amount is one hundred thousand Rupiah (Rp 100,000). There is no maximum Withdrawal limit, though large Withdrawals exceeding ten million Rupiah (Rp 10,000,000) may require additional verification.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing Time

Withdrawal requests are processed within fifteen (15) minutes during business hours, which are defined as 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM Western Indonesia Time (WIB), Monday through Friday, excluding Indonesian national holidays. Withdrawals requested outside business hours will be queued and processed first thing the next business day. Your first Withdrawal requires completion of KYC verification, which may extend processing time by two (2) to twenty-four (24) hours.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Before requesting a Withdrawal, you must complete any applicable wagering requirements associated with active Bonuses. Deposited funds must be wagered at least one (1) time (1x rollover requirement) before Withdrawal to comply with anti-money laundering regulations. We reserve the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual Withdrawal requests.

4.4 Withdrawal Fees

joss77 does not charge Withdrawal fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees, which are beyond our control. Please check with your payment provider for their fee schedule.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Terms

All Bonuses offered by joss77 are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. These terms are clearly stated on the promotional page for each Bonus. By claiming a Bonus, you agree to comply with its specific terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements before requesting a Withdrawal will result in forfeiture of the Bonus and any winnings derived from it.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements (also called rollover or playthrough requirements) specify how many times you must wager the Bonus amount (and sometimes the Deposit amount) before the Bonus funds become withdrawable. For example, a Bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you must place bets totaling ten (10) times the Bonus amount. Different games contribute differently to wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute 10-20%. 5.3 Bonus Abuse

joss77 reserves the right to void Bonuses and close Accounts if we detect Bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim Bonuses repeatedly, colluding with other Players, using betting patterns designed to exploit Bonus terms with minimal risk, or any other activity intended to gain an unfair advantage. Our decision regarding Bonus abuse is final and non-appealable.

6. Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Random Number Generator (RNG)

All casino games on the joss77 Platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fair and unbiased outcomes. Our RNG systems are regularly audited by independent testing agencies. Game outcomes are determined randomly and cannot be predicted or manipulated by the Player or the Platform.

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

For sports betting markets, all bets are settled based on the official result as determined by the governing sports body. If a match is postponed, bets remain valid for forty-eight (48) hours. If the match is not completed within that timeframe, bets will be voided and stakes returned. Live in-play bets are subject to slight delays due to streaming latency; we are not responsible for bets placed after an event has occurred due to this delay.

6.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account closure and Balance forfeiture: using automated betting software or bots, exploiting software bugs or glitches, collusion with other Players, arbitrage betting across multiple platforms, using stolen payment methods, providing false identity information, laundering money through the Platform, or any other fraudulent activity.

7. Account Security and Passwords

7.1 Password Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account password. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity occurring under your Account is your responsibility, whether authorized by you or not. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify our customer support team immediately.

7.2 Account Suspension

joss77 reserves the right to suspend or close your Account at any time for violation of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraud, failure to complete KYC verification, extended inactivity (twelve months or longer without login or gameplay), or any other reason we deem necessary to protect the Platform or other Players. Upon Account closure, any remaining Balance (excluding forfeited Bonuses) will be returned to you after deducting any applicable fees or chargebacks.

8. Responsible Gaming

8.2 Self-Exclusion

If you feel that your gambling is becoming problematic, you may request self-exclusion for a period of six (6) months, one (1) year, or permanent exclusion. During the self-exclusion period, your Account will be deactivated and you will not receive any promotional communications. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible during the chosen period. 9. Intellectual Property

All content on the joss77 Platform, including logos, graphics, text, software, and game designs, is the property of joss77 or our licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without our express written permission.

10. Limitations of Liability

10.1 Service Availability

While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, joss77 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service outages, technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In the event of a game malfunction, all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned.

10.2 Maximum Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, joss77's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of your Account Balance at the time of the claim, or one million Rupiah (Rp 1,000,000), whichever is lower.

10.3 Third-Party Providers

joss77 utilizes third-party game providers, payment processors, and service providers. We are not responsible for the actions, errors, or omissions of these third parties, nor for any interruption of their services.

11. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms & Conditions or your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact our customer support team to attempt an amicable resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with international arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which joss77 is licensed. By using our Services, you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes.

13. Amendments to Terms

joss77 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via email or prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such notice constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
